Karen, Sandy and Yaileen have gone above and beyond to ensure we are providing excellent customer service, greeting each patient with a smile and a warm welcome upon entry.
These ladies have worked extremely hard, even when they are short staffed to ensure each patient has been taken care of, checked out, and rescheduled in a professional and courteous manner. They have worked to correct the backlog of referrals and continued to do so each day with a smile, while always providing excellent customer service. I am proud to be on the same team as them! Fabulous work ladies! ♥

Dr. Whallon is an amazing provider who goes above and beyond for both patients and staff. He radiates kindness, sympathy, warmth, and makes everyone’s day better with a simple dad joke. As he officially transitions to Cholla, the Desert Mission team will miss him immensely.
