Daily Mental Health Challenge

Let’s get off to a healthy start in 2023! This one-month challenge focuses on intentionally doing something every day to improve your overall mental health. The goal is to develop healthy habits that will stick. Take a moment each day to do a small, realistic, and attainable task that will boost your wellbeing. We hope this challenge will help you nurture a sense of self-care you can carry throughout 2023.

Of course, we can’t have a workplace challenge without a prize! Keep track of your efforts daily and if you are able to complete all 28 days, send an email to Tiffany Jewell tjewell@honorhealth.com by Friday, March 3 to be entered in a drawing for a pair of passes (or VIP upgrade) to Tempe Improv / Phoenix Stand Up Live. As they say, laughter is the best medicine!

National Nutrition Month

During the month of March, everyone is invited to learn about making informed food choices and developing healthful eating and physical activity habits. It’s never too late or too early to eat healthfully! The benefits of healthy eating add up over time, bite by bite.
