NOAH will be requesting your feedback through an all staff survey. The Employee Engagement and Feedback Survey is anonymous and will be sent out through Paycom on Monday, Feb. 21. Surveys should be completed Friday, March 4.
What will this survey be used for?
NOAH strives to be a great place for employees to work. This survey will allow our leadership team to gain better insight in to what you enjoy most about working at NOAH and what improvements we can make.
NOAH is also looking at building out new programs for staff including a mentorship program and other talent and development initiatives. Your feedback and ideas will play a key role in what these programs look like.
