Adeline Garcia – Patient Account Representative Lead at Dreamy Draw
Submitted by Nia Marsh

I want to take the time to thank Adeline Garcia for all she does to assist our department.  There have been several times that I have messaged Adeline in Teams for assistance with a patient account, and she is always available to walk through an account with me.  She is willing to dig deeper into what the issue is and will assist me in resolving the issue.  She also assists me when a Spanish caller insists talking to a Spanish speaker rather than using the Translator line.  She is truly a life saver.  I am sure that I speak for the entire team.  I want to make sure that she is aware how much we appreciate all that she does to assist her teammates.  I wanted to give her the flowers she deserves and thank her for all she does.

Lorena Herrera – Triage Medical Assistant at Dreamy Draw
Submitted by Christina Platt

Today, Lorena answered a triage call and successfully transferred it to the triage RN line. The patient was Spanish-speaking, and Lorena assisted the triage RN by translating the necessary questions. The patient needed to be seen in the emergency room, so Lorena stayed on the phone with the patient while the RN called 911. She remained on the line until EMS arrived to help the patient. I appreciate Lorena’s dedication and how she went above and beyond to support both the triage RN and the patient. Thank you, Lorena!
