Marketing Update: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, NOAH’s Marketing team laid the groundwork for one of our most impactful years yet. From driving over 3,300 appointment requests through our updated website to reaching more than 3 million screens with our targeted ad campaigns, our efforts focused on connecting with our communities in smarter, more strategic ways. With a growing digital presence, bilingual campaigns that reach patients where they are, and new tools like enhanced text messaging, we’re not just promoting services—we’re making healthcare more accessible and responsive for the people who need it most.

WEBSITE

Our website noahhelps.org receives about 360,000 visitors per year and is entirely managed by NOAH’s marketing team. The page is regularly updated and refreshed with new content including provider photos and information, blog articles, and recipes as well as new integrations like online scheduling through MyChart and Google ratings by provider. The home page was also recently updated to better reflect our current branding.

Traffic (Jan-March 2025)

  • 82,450 sessions / up +7.3% to last year
  • 2:39 visit duration / up +5.7% to last year
  • 50,137 new users /61% of total traffic / up +1.8% to last year

Acquisition (Jan-March 2025)

  • 51% search (selected NOAH from browser search results)
  • 40% direct (typed in noahhelps.org, clicked on an ad or email)

Requests for Appointment (Jan-March 2025)

  • 3,349 total appointment requests / up +25% to last year
  • 2,019 new patient requests / up +12% to last year
  • 1,328 new AHCCCS patients / up +36% to last year
  • 1,927 medical appointment requests / up +41.4% to last year

  • Average open rate of 26.92% and click rate of .47%. Both metrics are close to, but slightly below the industry average likely due to the wide range of patients we serve.

Targeted Emails

  • Nine emails were sent in Jan-March 2025 reaching more than 22,000 inboxes
    • Medicaid patients for nutrition services
    • Dental patients who were overdue for exams
    • Food insecure patients for free food
    • Medicare patients for annual wellness exams

    • Free food notification to food insecure patients
    • Priority scheduling notification to counseling and psychiatry patients who are not currently seeing a NOAH provider for primary care.

Communication (Jan-March 2025)

  • The More You NOAH quarterly newsletter sent to Friends of NOAH donors and volunteers.
  • 2025 Donor Guide highlighting the impact of contributions and programs needing support in the coming year.
  • Direct Mail postcard to past donors asking for support in 2025.
  • Patient Point educational and advertising content displayed on television screens in lobbies, patient rooms, and break rooms. NOAH provided content includes service line information, provider spotlights, and event promotion.

    • $18,000 in cash and in-kind sponorships

  • Medicaid Town Hall with Senator’s Gallego and Kelly – March 17, 2025

  • Medicaid Matters employee and patient campaigns to fight cuts to Medicaid proposed in the federal budget.
