We are excited to start the new year by welcoming a key addition to the NOAH team: Lance Monahan, our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Lance brings over 25 years of leadership experience in finance and accounting, with 17 years in healthcare and human services. A graduate of ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business and a licensed CPA, his healthcare experience ranges from small and mid-sized nonprofits to a Fortune 500 company.
Lance has been married to his wife Stephanie for 27 years, and they have five children and a Lhasa Apso named Penny. He enjoys outdoor activities, family time, music, and serves as a church choir conductor in his spare time.
Lance’s passion for service, combined with his expertise in finance and strategy will be instrumental in strengthening and helping us advance our vital work and we look forward to the positive impact he will make. Please join us in giving Lance a warm welcome to NOAH!
