We are so excited to share the new and incredible JEDI Council for NOAH! In March 2023 during our All-Staff meeting, we shared the start of our journey focusing on Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI). We launched the “NOAH Nation Podcast”, a forum for us to describe our JEDI work. We then continued with educational articles and videos throughout The Beat during the months of May and June. In June of 2023, we made a “call” or invitation for staff members to join the JEDI Council…. Wow did you respond! Thank you to all of the team members that have volunteered and raised their hand to serve on this important council.
